Ahmed brings two decades of experience across government and enterprise in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider region. He has led digital transformation strategies for Saudi government entities, developed the digital strategy for one of Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing provinces, established operating models for UAE federal departments, and directed programs ranging from an 83-branch banking system rollout to the establishment of AI functions and governance frameworks.
He serves as an Executive Trainer with Kaplan Middle East, delivering digital transformation and innovation programs to government and banking leaders, and has advised on enterprise-scale transformation programs in Saudi Arabia.
