Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry form, request a consultation, apply for a vacancy or complete the Transformation Compass assessment, we receive the details you choose to provide. Depending on the form this can include your name, work email address, phone number, organisation, country, area of interest and the content of your message or assessment responses. We use this information to respond to you, to prepare for conversations you request, and to understand the needs of the organisations we serve. We do not sell personal information.
Transformation Compass results
Assessment responses are used to generate your readiness reading. Results are shown to you first. Contact details are requested separately and passing them to us is your choice; the assessment is a structured self-evaluation and is not an audit or a certification.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites we use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to keep the site working, to measure how the site is used, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Where consent rules apply, measurement and advertising cookies are only set after you accept the cookie notice.

Who we share information with
We share information with service providers who help us run the site and our practice, such as our hosting provider, Google (analytics, advertising, form protection) and OpenAI (campaign measurement), each acting under their own published terms. We share information with our client relationship system to manage enquiries. We disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share your enquiry content with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and professional obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing obligation to keep it. UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data informs how we handle personal information, and where clients or visitors are subject to other regimes such as Saudi PDPL or the GDPR we respect the rights those laws provide.
