Built for one organization at a time.
Public courses teach generic frameworks and best practices. AY&R Academy customized programs enable transformation. Each program is designed around the entity’s needs, culture and internal systems, with its own policies, regulators and transformation priorities as the material. The output is not a certificate of attendance. It is a team that can achieve the organization’s goals and its leaders’ vision.
AY&R designs programs for government entities, regulators and financial institutions across the GCC, from a single executive briefing to a multi-year career development program for fresh graduates, each shaped around the entity’s talent profile and the capability it needs to build.

Program Formats
Six formats, each scoped to the audience and the change required.
Executive briefings
Half-day and one-day sessions for boards, directors general and leadership teams on AI governance, digital transformation and technology risk.
Facilitated workshops
Working sessions that leave artefacts behind: gap assessments, policies, registers and roadmaps drafted with the team during the program.
Multi-day professional programs
Structured programs with assessment, including accredited certification routes through recognized certification bodies where a credential matters.
Career development programs
Structured pathways for fresh graduates and early-career professionals, designed around the organization’s talent profile and the roles it needs to fill: technical foundations, applied projects, mentoring by practitioners and assessment at each stage.
Clinics, simulations and train-the-trainer
Practitioner clinics on live cases, incident and audit simulations, and knowledge transfer to the organization’s internal trainers.
Live virtual and blended
Delivered across the GCC where in-person is not practical, in English or Arabic.
How We Design a Program
Four stages, from the performance change required to the capability that remains.

Hands-on experience. Hands-on knowledge transfer.
AY&R draws on a wide network of bilingual practitioners across the GCC: consultants, auditors, architects and former regulators who implement these frameworks for clients every week. Programs are led by people who have stood up the governance function, passed the audit and run the service desk, not by career trainers working from a slide deck.
Knowledge transfer is practical by design. Participants work on real cases, produce real artefacts and leave with methods they have already applied, in English or Arabic, with facilitators who understand the regulatory and cultural context of the region.
What the Organization Takes Away
Capability the organization owns and can build on.
Practitioners who can run the system
Implementers and internal auditors trained on the organization’s own context, not a generic case study.
Leadership aligned on governance
Boards and executives who can direct, monitor and challenge technology and AI decisions.
Artefacts, not just attendance
Gap assessments, policy drafts, risk registers and AI inventories produced during the program and ready to use.
Recognized credentials where they count
Accredited routes for ITIL, ISO management systems and governance frameworks, integrated into the program rather than bolted on.
A capability plan
Who needs what next, sequenced with the transformation roadmap.
A path into implementation
The same practitioners can carry the work forward when the organization wants them to.
